Zach Kauraisa is the Head of Advisory at Eos Capital, Namibia’s largest private equity firm, where he leads the corporate finance advisory division. In this role, he assists sponsors with capital raising and M&A in the mining and energy sectors, and has advised on cross-border transactions worth over USD 1 billion. He holds dual master’s degrees in finance and law, operating at the intersection of these two disciplines. Prior to this role, Zach worked as a corporate lawyer at a leading commercial law firm, served as a mining investment consultant for the European Union AfricaMaVal project, and as a transaction advisory consultant for a London-listed mining company. He holds an MSc in Finance (Queen Mary University of London), an LLM in International Oil and Gas Law (University of Dundee), and a Bachelor of Laws (University of Namibia).
