With 30 years of senior management experience across project management, mining, trading, and the minerals industry, I currently serve as the CEO, President, and Board Member of Kazax Minerals Inc. a public company listed on the TSX Venture Exchange (KMI:TSX-V) in Canada, Managing Director of Kazco Beteiligungs GmbH (Austria), Lomonosovskoye LLLP, and Eurasian Minerals & Mining LLP (Kazakhstan).

As the Head of Development and Mining for the Lomonosovskoye Iron Ore Deposit in Northern Kazakhstan, I oversee a JORC-compliant reserve of 507 million tons of ROM, producing 74 million metric tons of high-concentrate Fe 67% - DR pellet feed for green steel production in electric arc furnaces. The project is projected to generate a turnover of $8-10 billion over 20 years, with an NPV of $1.2 billion and an IRR of 30%.

I lead negotiations with major global steel producers, traders, and contractors for multi-billion-dollar offtake agreements and EPCM contracts, as well as secure project financing with some of the world's largest ECA and commercial and development banks.

I am also a founding member and served as Managing Director of Maxsteel Industry LLC until 2018, a multi million dollar steel-making and fabrication company in the UAE and Saudi Arabia. Prior to that, I was the Managing Director of DanaSteel, a General Trading LLC company in the UAE until 2006.

In addition to my industrial expertise, I have significant experience in the education sector, having served as the Head of the IT Department and Education Program Manager at Emirates Aviation University, the education division of Emirates Airline in the UAE.
