Konstantin Lyakhov is dedicated to family, both his own and the family he’s found through Kearney. At each stop in his career, whether in Italy, Moscow, or Dubai, Konstantin has cultivated the same welcoming and supportive family-like atmosphere with his clients and his team.

Konstantin is now a partner at Kearney’s Dubai office, where he specializes in the energy and process industry. But it’s not just experience and expertise that differentiates Konstantin as a consultant. Many people in his line of work are analytical, but he’s also attuned to emotions. “I try to feel how the person on the other side feels,” he says.
