With a career spanning several global high-profile positions, Joshua has honed his skills in deep technology, trade, structured finance, project finance, and investment banking. He is connected to and works closely with some of the largest ECA and DFI funding groups globally. 

Notably, he has made significant contributions to the fintech space through his work with the Blockchain Mauritius Foundation by contributing to the Mauritius 2018 Financial Services Act highlighting Blockchain for Fintech application. He contributed to the Astana Economic Forum for Blockchain and Fintech Law in 2018 working directly with the Prime Minister of Kazakhstan.

He is a global speaker and author having participated and contributed to numerous high profile forums and has been cited and published globally. He created US Capital's GCC/Africa division opening offices in Mauritius and Dubai, as well as creating and leading their Digital Assets division. 

His career is one of underscoring his commitment to leveraging cutting-edge technologies for financial innovation. At IGA Capital, he utilizes his deep understanding of global finance, investment banking and fintech law to drive impactful projects across Africa and globally leveraging the latest in Ai and Blockchain technology.

He has lived and worked in the US, SE Asia, Africa, UK, and is now based in the UAE. As a life long learner he continues to study Genetic Engineering at MIT for applications in Biotech and Pharmaceuticals. He studied Theology and Sanskrit at the Bhaktivedanta Institute in Berkeley and lived as a monk in the Gaudiya Vaisnava Tradition for several years. He studied Business Administration at Webster University Bangkok for BA, and Fintech Law at Duke University. He received an honorary MBA in Blockchain and PhD in Economy from Al Khalifa business school. He is an adept in the sports of Muay Thai, Boxing, and Mixed Martial Arts. He continues to support learning and education initiatives in Uganda, Mauritius, and the Wind River Indian Reservation in Wyoming where he was born.
